<14> DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION :
1. On request in writing by forty per cent members of the Association the Committee shall convene a general body meeting. The dissolution can be ratified only by a seventy five per cent majority of the total votes (direct or proxy). In dissolving the Association, provisions of the Section <13> and <14> of the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 shall be applicable.
