<19> Common Seal :
The Executive Committee shall provide a common seal of the Association and make rules for safe custody and use thereof. The seal shall never be used except by the authority of the Executive Committee previously given. Every instrument to which this seal is affixed shall be signed by the President (and in his absence by the Vice-President) and every such instrument shall also be signed by the General Secretary or some other person authorised by the Executive Committee.
